Each claim will be considered on its own merits taking into account the individual circumstances of each Claimant such as age, occupation, severity of the injury and the impact of the injury.  The injury types outlined are not exhaustive. The estimator is a visual display of the information contained in the Book of Quantum and is representative of the range of values contained therein. For further guidance please refer to the Book of Quantum, and in particular the Introduction, “How to use this Book”.

In addition there may be a claim for special damages such as loss of earnings, medical expenses, out of pocket expenses and vehicle damage costs. In serious cases there may also be future loss of earnings, future expenses etc
